Ingredients
Sprinkle of sweet paprika
Sprinkle smoked paprika
2 tbs salted butter for garlic bread
1.5 tbs salted butter for the lobster
1 tbs Minced Garlic for the garlic bread
1 tbs minced garlic for the lobster
4 slices of milk bread
1/2 Green onions
1/2 Lemon
7 small lobster tails or 4 large
Sauce
4 tbs Japanese Mayo
3 tbs Sriracha
Squeeze of lemon
Preparation
Steam lobster for 5-7mins. Chop into bite sized pieces.
Add minced garlic and butter to a small bowl and add melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Spread evenly on to the slices of milk bread on both sides.
On a pan, toast the bread until golden.
Mix Mayo, Sriracha and lemon together.
Sauté butter, garlic, and lobster on a pan. Squeeze half a lemon. Add smoked and sweet paprika and pepper. (Don’t spill like me lol)
Toss and set aside.
Spread the sauce on the toast.
Add lobster and top with green onions. Enjoy :)
