Ingredients
8 boiled eggs
1/2 cup green onion
1 cup diced onion
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs minced garlic
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
optional:
1 jalapeno fine diced
1 serrano peppers fine diced
3 thai chili peppers fine diced
Preparation
Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes and peel.
In a large container add in green onion, onion, soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds and peppers.
Refrigerate for at least 30min - 1 hour. Longer the better! Enjoy!
